- Legal business name
- Business registration information
- Tax information where applicable
- Business address
- Contact details
- Identity or authorised-representative information
- Bank or payment-settlement details
- Product-compliance information
- Other documentation reasonably required for verification
Nevinda may refuse or delay seller approval if required information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot reasonably be verified.
3. Seller Account
Approved sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account credentials.
A seller may not transfer, sell or allow another business to operate its account without Nevinda's prior approval.
Sellers must notify Nevinda promptly if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
4. Independent Seller Status
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, third-party marketplace sellers operate as independent businesses.
Approval to sell through Nevinda does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint-venture relationship between Nevinda and the seller.
The seller remains responsible for its own business activities, products and legal obligations.
5. Seller Tax Responsibilities
Each seller is responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations applicable to its own business, products and transactions.
These obligations may include VAT, GST, sales tax, income or corporate tax, customs obligations and other local taxes depending on the seller's jurisdiction and transaction.
Where law requires Nevinda or a payment provider to collect, report, withhold or remit tax relating to marketplace transactions, Nevinda may do so.
Nevinda Entity Tax Responsibility
Each Nevinda entity is responsible for its own tax registration, reporting and payment obligations within the jurisdiction in which that entity operates.
NEVINDA GLOBAL LOGISTICS is responsible for applicable tax obligations relating to its own Netherlands operations and transactions.
Guangzhou Nevinda Logistics Co., Ltd. is responsible for applicable tax obligations relating to its own China operations and transactions.
ETS Nevinda Global Logistics is responsible for applicable tax obligations relating to its own Cameroon operations and transactions.
The tax registration or tax obligations of one Nevinda entity do not automatically extend to another Nevinda entity.
6. Product Listings
Sellers must provide complete, accurate and non-misleading product information.
Listings may include:
- Product name
- Description
- Images
- Price
- Stock information
- Specifications
- Materials or ingredients where relevant
- Size or dimensions
- Country of origin where required
- Safety information
- Delivery information
- Other legally required information
Sellers must keep listings updated when product information, availability or pricing changes.
7. Product Approval
Nevinda may review seller products before publication.
Nevinda may reject, suspend or remove a product where reasonably necessary because of:
- Legal or regulatory concerns
- Safety concerns
- Incorrect or misleading information
- Intellectual-property concerns
- Marketplace policy violations
- Insufficient documentation
- Product-quality concerns
Nevinda approval does not remove the seller's own responsibility for the product.
8. Product Safety and Compliance
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the markets in which they are sold.
Depending on the product, this may include requirements concerning:
- Product safety
- Labelling

Nevinda may also restrict products because of carrier requirements, payment-provider rules, sanctions, destination-country requirements or other compliance concerns.
10. Pricing
Sellers are responsible for setting accurate prices for their products unless another arrangement has been agreed with Nevinda.
Pricing information must comply with applicable consumer and advertising laws.
Sellers must not use misleading discounts, false reference prices or other deceptive pricing practices.
11. Inventory and Availability
Sellers must maintain reasonably accurate inventory information.
Products should not remain available for purchase where the seller knows they cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Repeated cancellations caused by inaccurate inventory may result in seller restrictions or suspension.
12. Orders
Sellers are responsible for processing marketplace orders promptly and in accordance with any service levels communicated by Nevinda.
Sellers must not cancel accepted orders without reasonable grounds.
Order information obtained through Nevinda may only be used for fulfilment, customer service and other legitimate purposes connected with the transaction.
13. Fulfilment and Shipping
Unless Nevinda fulfilment has been separately agreed, sellers are responsible for preparing, shipping and fulfilling their own orders.
Sellers must provide accurate shipping and tracking information where available.
Where the seller uses Nevinda warehousing, fulfilment or logistics, separate service terms or agreements may apply.
14. Customer Service
Sellers must provide reasonable assistance to customers regarding their products and orders.
Sellers should respond to customer or Nevinda enquiries within a reasonable period.
Nevinda may communicate with customers directly where necessary to resolve marketplace issues.
15. Consumer Rights
Professional sellers must comply with applicable consumer-protection law.
Where EU consumer law applies, this may include requirements concerning:
- Pre-contract information
- Delivery
- Right of withdrawal
- Defective or non-conforming goods
- Refunds
- Legal guarantees
Sellers may not use Nevinda marketplace terms to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Returns and Refunds
Sellers must comply with Nevinda's Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Where the seller is the contractual seller, the seller remains responsible for its obligations relating to eligible returns, refunds, repairs or replacements.
Nevinda may intervene or issue a customer remedy where required by law, marketplace policy or agreement with the seller.
17. Marketplace Fees and Commission
Nevinda may charge sellers fees, commissions or service charges.
Applicable rates and payment arrangements will be communicated through the seller account, marketplace settings, commercial agreement or other applicable documentation.
Nevinda may change marketplace fees prospectively by providing appropriate notice.

Seller proceeds may be processed through Nevinda or an independent payment provider.
Payment timing may depend on:
- Order completion
- Applicable refund periods
- Payment-provider processing
- Chargebacks
- Disputes
- Fraud reviews
- Applicable fees
19. Refunds, Chargebacks and Payment Adjustments
Nevinda may deduct or recover amounts relating to valid refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, marketplace fees or other amounts properly owed by the seller.
Where permitted by law and agreement, payment may be temporarily held while a serious dispute, fraud issue or compliance investigation is reviewed.
20. Intellectual Property
Sellers must have the necessary rights to all product names, images, descriptions, trademarks, logos and other content submitted to Nevinda.
Sellers must not list counterfeit products or otherwise infringe the rights of third parties.
By submitting content for marketplace use, the seller grants Nevinda a non-exclusive licence to use that content as reasonably necessary to display, promote and operate the marketplace listing.
21. Reviews and Marketplace Integrity
Sellers must not manipulate customer reviews, ratings, rankings or other marketplace features.
Prohibited behaviour includes creating false reviews, paying for deceptive reviews or attempting to improperly influence marketplace ranking systems.
22. Customer and Personal Data
Seller access to customer information is limited to legitimate purposes connected with marketplace transactions.
Sellers must process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Customer data obtained through Nevinda must not be sold, misused or used for unauthorised marketing.
23. Fraud and Misuse
Nevinda may investigate activity suggesting fraud, abuse, counterfeit products, manipulated transactions or other marketplace misuse.
Nevinda may restrict payments, listings or seller access where reasonably necessary while an investigation is conducted.
24. Suspension or Termination
Nevinda may suspend, restrict or terminate a seller account where reasonably necessary, including where:
- The seller breaches these Terms
- Products create safety or legal risks
- Fraud is suspected
- Customer complaints become excessive
- Required documentation is missing
- Intellectual-property violations occur
- Applicable law requires action
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Nevinda may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
25. Seller Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any relevant agreement, a seller may be responsible for losses, claims or costs arising from its products, unlawful listings, regulatory violations, intellectual- property infringement or breach of these Seller Terms.
26. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Seller Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nevinda is not responsible for a seller's independent business decisions, products or regulatory obligations except where Nevinda has expressly accepted responsibility or applicable law provides otherwise.
27. Changes to Seller Terms
Nevinda may update these Seller Terms as marketplace operations, technology, legal requirements or business services evolve.
Updated terms will be published on nevinda.com or communicated to affected sellers where appropriate.
28. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law and competent forum applicable to a seller relationship may depend on the Nevinda entity operating the relevant marketplace relationship and any specific seller agreement.
Where NEVINDA GLOBAL LOGISTICS in the Netherlands is the contracting entity, Dutch law may apply as stated in the applicable agreement.
