Returns
Nevinda offers a 30-day return period. Returned products must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Standard returns are currently free for customers in the USA and Europe.
For oversized, heavy, freight or special-handling items, return shipping is handled separately. Customers may be responsible for the cost of return transport unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to a Nevinda fulfilment error. Because these items may require specialist collection or freight arrangements, customers must contact info@nevinda.com before arranging or sending a return.
Customers in other regions may also be responsible for return-shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Nevinda will assess the case and provide the appropriate return, replacement, exchange or refund solution in accordance with the applicable policy.
